Nanjing Customs Helps New Energy Vehicles Accelerate "Going Overseas" as Exports Increase 4-Fold in the First 7 Months

On August 12, Nanjing Automobile Group Co., Ltd. declared to Jinling Customs, a subsidiary of Nanjing Customs, to export 41 new MG MG new energy vehicles in an integrated customs clearance mode. The new energy vehicles were successfully loaded at Taicang port and will be shipped to Spain, Greece and Britain by waterway transportation.
On August 16, huge hooks were lifting containers loaded with new energy vehicles onto the ship at Changzhou Lu'anzhou Terminal. Under the supervision of Changzhou Customs, a subsidiary of Nanjing Customs, 399 units of BYD new energy vehicles were successfully cleared through customs and set sail from Changzhou Port on a barge, and then shipped to Shanghai Yangshan Port and then shipped to overseas through waterways. This is the first batch of new energy vehicles exported by BYD in Changzhou port.
Facing the important window period of "going to sea", Nanjing Customs continued to smooth the logistics chain of automobile going to sea. According to reports, BYD Changzhou base a project is BYD in East China's important new energy vehicle production and R & D base, 1-7 months of this year, Changzhou BYD export amounted to 2.9 billion yuan. New energy vehicle brand overseas map continues to expand, in addition to enterprises to practice good "internal strength", smooth logistics channels, efficient customs clearance speed has become another key "weight".
"For the new energy vehicle product characteristics, combined with the demands of enterprises, we tailor-made personalized customs clearance program, established through the 'declaration in advance + arrival direct loading' mode, to achieve the goods to the release, significantly shorten the time of the goods in Hong Kong, reduce the cost of customs clearance." Jiang Lin, Chief of Changzhou Customs Cargo Inspection Section, introduced.
